The choristers of Saint Patrick’s have been singing in the Cathedral for nearly 600 years…
So if your son or daughter is in either 2nd, 3rd or 4th class and they enjoy singing or making music then get in touch and we’ll arrange a time for you to come on in and find out for yourselves.
What do choristers get up to? Well for starters
We train with some of the best in Ireland’s last specialist choir school
We perform as part of a professional choir on a daily basis
We receive free instrumental music tuition with our highly skilled staff
We perform concerts (both at home and abroad)
We broadcast regularly on radio & TV
We record CDs (5 commercial recordings to date, our 6th is due out later this year)
We go on tour including most recently the UK, Sweden, Denmark, and next year marks our first visit to the US!
and all before we reach our 14th birthday!
