Join us for a family-friendly workshop co-hosted by Saint Patrick’s Cathedral and Marsh’s Library!

Pop-in for this hour-long session and make some pop-out and pop-up mechanisms to create your very own children’s book.  This workshop is inspired by the pop-up book, Gulliver in Lilliput, currently on display in Marsh’s Library, which celebrates the 300th anniversary of the publication of Gulliver’s Travels.

Children will be provided with a hand-sized book to fill with their own choice of pop-out and pop-ups. We can’t wait to see their creative ideas ‘pop’ and see what mini fact book or story they come up with.

Recommended for children aged 6 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

This workshop will take place in the Deanery Mews Building, our education space located just across the road from the Cathedral. To access it, please use the door on Saint Patrick’s Close, directly opposite the churchyard. A member of staff will be there to welcome you in!

Advanced booking is required and spaces are limited. Please only book tickets for the children attending (supervising adults need no ticket).
