Covid-19 Community Supports: Older Citizens

Dublin City Council has announced a new partnership with ALONE to provide support and assistance to older people during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are working together on

1. Food deliveries.

2. Medication deliveries from pharmacies.

3. Solid fuel deliveries.

4. Befriending service providing companionship to older people who would like extra social contact through a weekly volunteer visit or telephone call.

5. Support – if you need advice or are concerned about a family member, neighbour or friend.
