As part of our Summer Family Programme, enjoy a creative morning at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral with one of our most popular activities: the Foam Printmaking Workshop.
Children and families will design and create their own summer-inspired prints using soft foam and printing ink. You will carve simple shapes and patterns before bringing them to life with colourful layers and textures on handmade paper.
Experiment with colour, explore a fun printing technique, and watch your designs come to life. This fun, hands-on workshop is perfect for families looking to try something creative together and discover a new art hobby!
Join us in the Deanery Mews Building, our new education space located just across from the Cathedral entrance, and enjoy a creative morning together!
Recommended for children aged 6 and up.
This workshop runs on a drop-in basis. Feel free to stop by the Mews Building anytime between 11:00 and 1:00pm.
Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.
How to get there: To access the Mews Building, please use the door on Saint Patrick’s Close, directly across from the churchyard gate. A member of staff will be there to welcome you in!
