Funeral Service Booklet for Glen Hansard

Following the Funeral of Glen Hansard at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral on 4 August 2026, we have received many requests from people around the world asking if the Order of Service could be made available to view.

We are therefore pleased to share a digital copy of the service booklet, allowing those who were unable to be present, as well as those who wish to revisit the prayers, readings, music and tributes, to do so in their own time.

The Cathedral was honoured to host this deeply moving celebration of Glen’s life, a day that brought together family, friends, fellow musicians and countless people whose lives had been touched by his extraordinary talent, generosity and spirit. We hope this booklet serves as a lasting keepsake and a fitting tribute to a man whose music and humanity resonated with so many.
