Heritage Week 2016

We have an exciting programme of events for Heritage Week (20-28 August) this year. Everything is completely free of charge but some may require registration owing to limited numbers.

Organ Recitals

Saturday 20th and 27th at 18.15
Free recitals showcasing the Cathedral’s mighty Willis Organ, widely regarded as the finest organ in Ireland and with all the performance action relayed on a giant screen

Saturday 20th and 27th at 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00
Each tour will last about 45 minutes and will include a demonstration on six bells. Participants must be over 12 years of age, physically fit, and comfortable in tight spaces. Registration essential

Music for Lunch

22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th at 13.15
The popular Music for Lunch recital series takes place daily in the intimate surroundings of the recently refurbished Lady Chapel. A great line up of musicians this series performing a mixture music.
